COUNTER GRAPPLING
Our unique Counter Grappling course is complete with all aspects of grappling. Unlike traditional sport grappling or MMA, our focus is not submit the opponent, but get off the ground and either escape or continue the fight on your feet.
While sport grappling and MMA is a ton of fun, we focus on the realities of self defense in our program and the obstacles it presents; size and strength of the attacker, environmental factors (cement, broken glass, needles and multiple attackers). |

Intro to the Ground: Once you're on the ground, you have one goal -- GET UP! Students learn to operate and defend themselves from the ground with the explicit focus of learning how to get back on their feet.

Most positions can be broken down to the following: Full Mount, Side Mount, Knee Mount, Rear Mount and Turtle. In this program students will learn each position and multiple escapes to regain your footing.
