It's been a while since I've been on here.

We really need to promote the new site and get more traffic.  As you saw on the HOME page, we have finally moved toa new location.  While the gym had a great facility, we can now offer classes to students without requiring a gym membership.  I hope more students will join our class.  Call me with any questions or if you need directions.  Take care.
