Black Belt Testing Is Here!Charles Francis will begin his black belt testing this coming Saturday in Bellingham.  While the challenge of testing continues for 4 weeks, this is a journey spanning the past several years.  Although many feel earning a black belt is an end goal, Charles understands as the few who have walked before him that is just the beginning.
